PCA Integration Overview
PCA’s integration with Property Tree delivers automation from systematic triggering of work orders, through to updating your compliance data real time and more.
When using PCA together with the Property Tree integration, PCA will pull all permitted data for the purpose of proactively managing your legal compliance requirements, removing all associated risks for agency principles, property managers and landlords, all whilst keeping tenants and properties safe.
The following information will sync from Property Tree:
- Current tenancy information
- Property address and property vacancies
- Property manager name
Note: You must have an account already set up with PCA before it can be activated in the Property Tree Partner Gateway.
PCA Integration Setup
Administrators in Property Tree can activate the PCA Integration in the Property Tree Partner Gateway:
- Configuration > Integrations > Partner Gateway
- Click to 'Activate' Property Compliance Australia from the Partner Gateway options
- You will then be required to tick the checkbox and accept the Legal Terms, to proceed with the activation
Once the Legal Terms have been accepted, contact PCA to advise them the Integration with Property Tree has been activated.

Deactivate PCA Integration
Deactivation of the PCA Integration in Property Tree can be done through the Partner Gateway. Go to:
- Configuration > Integrations > Partner Gateway
- Click to 'Deactivate' Property Compliance Australia from the Partner Gateway options
