Claire AI Integration Overview
Administrators in Property Tree can activate the Claire AI Integration to sync important information with Propic.
This integration will sync with the following Property Tree information:
- Arrears details
- Contact & tenant information
- Creditor information
- Property information
- Maintenance details
Note: You must have an account already set up with Propic before it can be activated in the Property Tree Partner Gateway.
Claire AI Integration Setup
The Claire AI Integration can be simply activated in the Property Tree Partner Gateway:
- Configuration > Integrations > Partner Gateway
- Click to 'Activate' Claire AI from the Partner Gateway options
- You will then be required to tick the checkbox and accept the Legal Terms, to proceed with the activation
Once the Legal Terms have been accepted, contact Propic to advise them the Integration with Property Tree has been activated.

Deactivate Claire AI Integration
Deactivation of the Claire AI Integration in Property Tree can be done through the Partner Gateway. Go to:
- Configuration > Integrations > Partner Gateway
- Click to 'Deactivate' Claire AI from the Partner Gateway options
