Fast Connect is Australia's leading connections service provider helping people moving home anywhere in Australia. With Fast Connect, tenants can have their applications lodged to set up their new electricity, gas, phone, internet and pay TV accounts, as well as close old accounts at their old address. 

Information is sent on the tenants behalf by Fast Connect to all retailers, so they all have the same correct details and gives your tenants a single point of contact for any connection enquiries. The digital form is also auto-sent to vacating tenants when a vacate date is saved.

Fast Connect Integration Overview

Administrators in Property Tree can activate the Fast Connect Integration to sync important information which assists your tenants with their utility connections in Fast Connect.

Note: You must have an account already set up with Fast Connect before it can be activated in the Property Tree Partner Gateway.

This integration will sync with the following Property Tree information with Fast Connect: 

  • Property information
  • Tenancy information

When a new tenant is entered into Property Tree and a lease start date is added, the Tenants information will automatically be shared with Fast Connect.

Note: If you do not select the 'Do not contact tenant for marketing / promotional offers' box the tenant will be contacted. It is therefore important that you are gaining consent for the Tenant to be contacted by Fast Connect as a part of your tenancy application process.

Fast Connect Integration Setup

The Fast Connect Integration can be simply activated in the Property Tree Partner Gateway:

  • Configuration > Integrations > Partner Gateway
  • Click to 'Activate' Fast Connect from the Partner Gateway options

  • You will then be required tick the checkbox and accept the Legal Terms, to proceed with the activation

Once the Legal Terms have been accepted, contact Fast Connect to advise them the Integration with Property Tree has been activated.

Deactivate Fast Connect Integration

Deactivation of the Fast Connect Integration in Property Tree can be done through the Partner Gateway. Go to:

  • Configuration > Integrations > Partner Gateway
  • Click to 'Deactivate' Fast Connect from the Partner Gateway options
