Administrators in Property Tree can activate the Paperless Office and Inspection Express Integration to sync important information with Inspection Express and Paperless Office.

Note: You must have an account already set up with Inspection Express before it can be activated in the Property Tree Partner Gateway or Inspection Application Integrations. 

Data sent from Property Tree 

This integration will send Inspection Express and Paperless Office the following Property Tree information: 

  • Properties information
  • Tenancy information
Data received from Inspection Express

Data received from Inspection Express in Property Tree depends on your Inspection Express configuration and the automation you have enabled on your account. This can include:

  • The inspection report 
  • Updating the inspection in Property Tree to Conducted 
  • Charging the event driven fee for Inspection Closed, if applicable for Routine Inspections Only

Paperless Office & Inspection Express Integration Setup

Paperless Office Integration

The integration for Paperless Office can be simply activated in the Property Tree Partner Gateway:

  • Configuration > Integrations > Partner Gateway
  • Click to 'Activate' Inspection Express - Paperless Office from the Partner Gateway options

  • You will then be required to tick the checkbox and accept the Legal Terms, to proceed with the activation

Once the Legal Terms have been accepted, contact Inspection Express to advise them the Integration with Property Tree has been activated. 

Inspection Express Integration

The integration for Inspection Express can be simply activated in Property Tree Inspection Application Integrations:

  • Configuration > Integrations > Inspection Applications
  • Click "Generate API Key" for Inspection Express

Once you have generated the API, copy the unique key number and send it to Inspection Express. They will then verify the API Key, activate the integration and let you know when it's available to use.

  • Configuration > Integrations > Partner Gateway
