Summary: Dashboards are available in Property Tree, with more features and content to be added progressively in a series of stages.


You will have access to the Rent Calculator, Alert Bell, Portal Communication, Global Search and Need Help? functions.

This article will cover the Arrears dashboard.

When you log into Property Tree you will the Dashboard

If you are anywhere else in Property Tree the dashboard   icon will take you back to the Dashboard.

 To move to the Arrears board, click on the Arrears icon

The order of these icons can be moved by clicking and holding on the icon and dragging it left of right.

However you chose to organise the icons, Property Tree will remember your choice for next time.

Click the View Filters icon to customise the data on the Dashboard as required.

If you have more than one active trust account in Property Tree, you can filter the dashboard by choosing a Trust

Choose Portfolio to customise the data on the dashboard based on one or more portfolios. 

Choose Tags to customise further. 

Tenancies can be customised to All, Current, Vacating and Vacated. 

Display Arrears As can be changed to show as Effective or Period.

NOTE: Leaving the filters blank will give you results for the whole company.

NOTE: The filters chosen will remain next time you come into the new Dashboard. You will be able to see the set filters at the top of the screen

The widget, Arrears, shows you the total dollar value of arrears. 

This amount includes Rent (Residential & Commercial), Invoices / Fees (Residential & Commercial) and Outgoings (Commercial) that are currently in arrears.










The widget Residential Arrears shows the total amount in arrears, for Residential tenancies, and the split between Rent and Invoice / Fees arrears.










By clicking on Rent, Invoice / Fees or View Report you will move through to the relevant report.

NOTE: each Report will automatically filter to show the corresponding results. 

Commercial Arrears – total amount in arrears, for Commercial tenancies, and the split between Rent, Outgoings and Invoice / Fees arrears

Tenancies in Arrears – the total percentage of tenancies in arrears, including Rent (Residential & Commercial), Outgoings (Commercial), Invoices / Fees (Residential & Commercial). 

This widget also shows the number of tenancies in arrears










Residential Rent – shows only residential rent in arrears and the Tenancy name, Property address and days in Arrears

In addition the total dollar amount of rent in arrears is shown.

 

Click on the tenant name to move to the tenant profile. 

Click on the property address to move to the property profile. 

Click View All to move through to the relevant Arrears Report.

NOTE: The Arrears Report will default to the Filter selected as Effective or Period.

Commercial Rent - shows only commercial rent in arrears and the Tenancy name, Property address and amount in Arrears

In addition the total dollar amount of rent in arrears is shown.














Click on the tenant name to move to the tenant profile. 

Click on the property address to move to the property profile. 

Click View All to move through to the relevant Arrears Report.

Average Residential Rent Arrears – this widget will show you the average number of days of residential tenancies in arrears.










Residential Invoices / Fees – shows only residential invoices / fees in arrears and the Tenancy name, Property address and amount in Arrears

In addition the total dollar amount of invoices / fees in arrears is shown.














Click on the tenant name to move to the tenant profile. 

Click on the property address to move to the property profile. 

Click View All to move through to the relevant Arrears Report.

NOTE: The Invoices / Fees in Arrears Report will default to the Filter selected as Effective or Period.

Commercial Outgoings - shows only commercial outgoings in arrears and the Tenancy name, Property address and amount in Arrears

In addition the total dollar amount of outgoings in arrears is shown.














Click on the tenant name to move to the tenant profile. 

Click on the property address to move to the property profile. 

Click View All to move through to the relevant Arrears Report.
