Summary: Dashboards are available in Property Tree, with more features and content to be added progressively in a series of stages.

You will have access to the Rent Calculator, Alert Bell, Portal Communication, Global Search and Need Help? functions.

This article will cover the Leases dashboard.

When you log into Property Tree you will see the dashboard.

If you are anywhere else in Property Tree the dashboard  icon will take back to the Dashboard.

To move to the Leases board, click on the Leases icon

The order of these icons can be moved by clicking and holding on the icon and dragging it left or right.

However you chose to organise the icons, Property Tree will remember your choice for next time.

Click the View Filters icon to customise the data on the Dashboard as required.

If you have more than one active trust account in Property Tree, you can filter the dashboard by choosing a Trust

Choose Portfolio to customise the data on the dashboard based on one or more portfolio. 

Choose Tags to customise further. 

Tenancies can be customised to All, Current, Vacating/Vacated or Not Vacated.

NOTE: Leaving the filters blank will give you results for the whole company.

NOTE: The filters chosen will remain next time you come into the new Dashboard. You will be able to see the set filters at the top of the screen

The widget, Leases, shows you tenancies that are Active, Expiring and Expired

By clicking on Expiring, Expired or View Report you will move through to the relevant report

NOTE: the Leases Report will automatically filter to the period selected. View Report will default to leases expiring regardless of the expiry date

Rent Reviews - Upcoming, Overdue, Not set

By clicking on Upcoming, Overdue, Not set or View Report you will move through to the relevant report

NOTE: the Rent Review Report will automatically filter to the period selected. View Report will default to all Rent Reviews due up to 90 days in the future


New Tenancies - Lease start date in the future

NOTE: Properties with a prospect tenant added will not show in New Tenancies widget

Click on the tenant name to move to the tenant profile. 

Click on the property address to move to the property profile. 

Click View All to move through to the relevant Leases Report


Expiring Leases - Leases expiring in the next 0-30 days, 31-60 days and 61-90 days

Click on 0-30 days, 31-60 days, 61-90 days or View Report to move through to the relevant Leases Report

NOTE: the Leases Report will automatically filter to the period selected. View Report will default to leases expiring 0-90 days


Upcoming Rent Reviews - Rent reviews due in the next 0-30 days, 31-60 days and 61-90 days

Click on 0-30 days, 31-60 days, 61-90 days or View Report to move through to the relevant Tenancy Rent Review Report

NOTE: the Rent Review Report will automatically filter to the period selected. View Report will default to rent reviews due within 0-90 days


Expired Leases - Leases that expired in the last 0-30 days, 31-60 days, 61-90 days and more than 91 days in the past

Click on 0-30 days, 31-60 days, 61-90 days, 91+ days or View Report to move through to the relevant Tenancy Leases Report

NOTE: the Tenancy Leases Report will automatically filter to the period selected. View Report will default to all expired leases


Overdue Rent Reviews - Rent reviews that were due in the last 0-30 days, 31-60 days, 61-90 days and more than 91 days in the past

Click on 0-30 days, 31-60 days, 61-90 days, 91+ days or View Report to move through to the relevant Rent Review Report
